Dinacharya
The Vedic daily routine — a systematic approach to daily health maintenance.
Dinacharya means "daily routine" (Dina = day, Acharya = conduct). It is a detailed Ayurvedic protocol for daily living that aligns the body's rhythms with nature's cycles. The Rishis prescribed specific practices for each part of the day — from the pre-dawn Brahma Muhurta wake-up through morning cleansing rituals, meal timing, work periods, evening wind-down, and optimal sleep time. Following Dinacharya is considered the most important practice for disease prevention.
